Linda set me up for moble service on Thur. I was called by Jermy about 15 min prior to his arrival. Jermy not only replaced the windshield but vacummed the inside of my car. | When I came to location and I spoke with Sonya. She was helpful and gave me a better price than competitors. I called several but I decided to come here to have my passenger window fixed. I later called and spoke with Sonya to see if I could get in by 4:00, it was probably 3:30, little notice, I showed up by 4:00, I paid and glass installer was getting my car to take it back. | I was cutting weeds with a weed whacker along the sidewalk today it threw a rock and broke the window on a passing truck. Fortunately the truck belonged to a gardener working in the neighborhood so I gave you a call. Laurie assured me that they had the window and could come out within two hours. This was Saturday afternoon.
Sure enough in less than two hours Chris called from in front of my house. He picked me up and took me down the street to the gardener's truck. He mentioned that in his experience, the club cab and quad cab models are often confused so he had brought both parts. It was a good thing because I had guessed wrong and it was actually a quad cab instead of a club cab. He had the window replaced in less than twenty minutes. It took him longer to get through and get my credit card approved than to fix the window.

| As I was on my way to work on Friday the 13th, yes I had back luck and a rock hit my window and it started to crack. | On 03-09-2012 I went to the grocery & when I came back to my car, there was about an 18 inch crack down the passenger side windshield. The next day, per a friend’s recommendation, I called Glass Masters in Westerville OH and spoke with Ron who was so helpful and POLITE!!! He got me in that day & replaced my windshield in about an hour $100 less than the competition.
Kudos to Ron as I mostly appreciate him treating me as a valued customer with his wonderful attitude & excellent service. The customer service was excellent.
"Christie" gave me an appointment immediately and put me in touch with the shop that would handle the replacement.
I called to make sure the appointment was set and the manager "Rahel" assured me everything was ready.
Two days later I arrived for my appointment and they told me it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to finish.
"Rahel" called to let me know my vehicle was ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
She was kind, patient and good with other customers as I waited to check out and pay my bill.

| We would like to express our appreciation to two of your employees in the Nashville, TN location who went out of their way to help us out last Saturday, January 12, 2012. Their names are James and Brittany.
We were traveling through Nashville on our way home in the Cincinnati, OH area and had spent the night at a motel in Goodlettsville, TN just north of Nashville. Unfortunately, our Honda Odyssey was broken into and the side sliding door window was smashed. We found ourselves on a Saturday morning needing to get the window fixed right away so we could get back home that evening. Unfortunately, all the glass shops we called were either closed or were unable to schedule us for that day. That was until I called the Glass Masters office. James took my call and was very professional in his manner. He understood our predicament and assured us he could take care of us that day. When we arrived at the site, he and Brittany were extremely pleasant and took care of us, even though they had to stay after their normal closing time to make sure the work was finished. Also, I have to say that I was especially pleased with the quality of work James did on the van window. All the remnants of the old glass window were removed from within the van and the new window was replaced so that you would never know there had been a problem.

 | I have a Toyota Camry 2010 and the windshield cracked were the defrost is located. Because I\'m still under warranty and nothing hit my windshield I took the car back to Beaman. Everyone said the crack was not a common one but they were not going to approve my claim and told me to call my insurance. | I was replacing the wiper blades on my daughter\'s 2008 Jeep Liberty and cracked her window. I called my insurance company to report this, to my dismay the cost of the window was under my deductible amount so it was coming out of my pocket! I called around and found Glass masters was the least expensive on the cost. I was even more surprised when Lorrie informed me that if I could be there in an hour she would have it put in that day being it was already late in the afternoon. When I arrived at the shop the guys (Tony and Tate)started right in replacing the window. They were fast, friendly and very courteous!  | As I was driving on my way to a party at around 9:00 in the evening I passed by a construction site Suddenly I heard a bump in front of my car from I-don’t-know-where, so I had to stop and check. To my surprise, I had a crack in my windshield. I called my insurance company and they referred me to a representative from Auto Glass Masters, and in an hour they came to me and do the repair.
